Low-Waste Packaging

Your order will be packed using materials carefully selected to minimise environmental impact.

We currently use:

  • Kraft paper boxes 
  • Home-compostable shipping labels
  • Soy-based ink on printed materials
  • FSC certified tissue paper
  • FSC paper stickers

Whenever possible, we also reuse cardboard boxes and packaging materials to give them a second life and reduce overall waste.

Dust&Glow is a small business and every order is packed with care.

If your order contains pre-order or back-order items, the order will be held until all items are available.

Customers outside New Zealand may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, permits or local fees depending on their country.

Important Delivery Information

Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, delivery timeframes are managed by the courier company and are outside of Dust&Glow’s control.

Courier delivery times are estimates only and may vary during:

  • busy periods
  • public holidays
  • weather events
  • peak sales periods

Travel & Urgent Orders

If you require your order for travel or a specific date, we recommend ordering at least 5–7 working days before your departure date or email gaelle@dustandglow.com so we can check if your dates are feasible.

This allows enough time for processing, dispatch and courier delivery.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We take every effort to make sure the quality of our products, and that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please email the team at gaelle@dustandglow.com and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue.

If within 30 days of purchasing you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact info@dustandglow.com and return for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note we can only refund if goods are deemed to be faulty.

We cannot offer a refund for a change of mind, but may provide you with an exchange through a credit that can be used on gaelle@dustandglow.com
